Canterbury Girls is a proud uniform wearing school.
All students are expected to wear full school uniform every day. Jewellery is to be minimal and small in size.
See the Student Information Handbook for the uniform policy.
When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community.
Students, teachers, parents and carers, as well as members of our local community helped develop our school uniform to make sure it:
meets the requirements of occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation
includes items that are affordable, comfortable and made from easy-care and easy-wear fabrics
is appropriate for the full range of school activities
is suitable for all body shapes.

Second hand uniforms
The P&C runs a number of pop-up second hand uniform sales throughout the year to coincide with events for students, parents and carers on school premises. These include Year 6 parent orientation evenings, parent teacher interviews and school concerts.
Prices range from $7-$20 and are set at 25% of the cost of new uniform purchases at Lowes,
The funds raised go towards technology purchases for the school, including a commercial 3D scanner and printer.
All families are invited to donate their surplus or outgrown uniforms to Office A for sale at anytime during the year.
At this stage there is no capacity for online sales, so look out for the details on the upcoming pop-up sales on the events calendar.
